• All unlimited packages and plans are a monthly automatic recharge subscription. The credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. This monthly charge will typically take place on the enrollment date, but occasionally the charge may process a day early or a day late.
• Unlimited Club membership is an automatic recharge program that will remain in effect until you log into the customer portal and cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your monthly billing date.
• No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or for billing cycles with no wash usage.
• Hubie’s Express Car Wash may terminate the plan at any time if the charge is declined in the credit card processing system.
• Monthly rate may increase without individual member notification from Hubie’s Express Car Wash. Unlimited passes are good for one vehicle only and must remain securely adhered to the windshield on the driver’s side.
• If signing up using License Plate Recognition (LPR), the same car and license plate during the signup must be used for the unlimited pass.
• Vehicle must meet Hubie’s Express Car Wash safety guidelines. Enrollment does not guarantee that these guidelines have been satisfied.
• Hubie’s Express Car Wash reserves the right to terminate unlimited accounts at any time for abuse and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.
• Hubie’s Express Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the membership at any time.
• Hubie’s Express Car Wash reserves the right to close locations due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and upgrades.
• By providing your email or phone number, you agree to be contacted by Hubie’s Express Car Wash to help manage your account and provide you with important updates regarding services and promotions provided by Hubie’s Express Car Wash.
• Cash or Hubie’s Express Car Wash Gift Cards cannot be accepted for automatic recharge plans.
• Program activation is available only through Hubie’s Express Car Wash location(s).
• Reactivation can be done at the carwash location or through the Portal.
• Enrollment into the Hubie’s Express Car Wash Unlimited Club is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• This wash is redeemable at Hubie’s Express Car Wash only. This entitles the holder to one single wash. This holds no monetary value and may not be exchanged or returned for cash.

• This card is redeemable for car washes only. This card can only be used at the car wash entry system. Payment will be deducted for the card balance until funds are depleted. This card, or any balance, may not be redeemed for cash/monetary value.
